精炼

油脂精炼目的是去除油脂中的有害杂质和无用的物质，以此提高油脂储

存稳定性，气味和颜色等，经此工艺可以得到标准的食用油，或者给深加工

产品提供原料。油料精炼过程一般包括:脱胶、脱酸、脱色、脱臭。
