浸出工艺

浸出法是应用萃取的原理，选择某种能够溶解油脂的有机溶剂，使其与经过

预处理的油料进行接触使油料中油脂被溶解出来的一种制油方法。浸出后，残油

率低至1%,根据不同的油料和客户的具体需求我们可以提供处理量为5-5000吨/天

的浸出方案。

The solvent extraction method uses the principle of extraction to select an

organic solvent that can dissolve fat and make it contact with the pre-treated

oilseed,so that the fat in the oilseed is dissolved out. After solvent extraction,the

residual oil rate is less than 1%.According to different oilseeds and the specific

needs of customers,we can provide solvent extraction mils with a processing

capacity of 5-5000 T/D.
